Violence is Never the Answer

So anyway, the other day I said I would post about Kuching and I just got the pictures developed today. So I guess I'll post it now.

Last Monday, we started our school trip to Sibu. We stayed in some 3 star hotel called Hotel Bahagia. It sure is 'bahagia' there considering my friends and I saw hookers and gangsters.

Our room. Sorry for the pictures. Some of them look blurry.

Before going to the hotel, we went to SMK Sacred Heart. The school is damn huge and it makes St.Co look like a kindergarten.

Nick calling his mom and wanting to go home. Kidding. He had to pass something to his cousin.

We ate at Pizza Hut that night. I dunno what those two are doing.

The next day, we had to wake up at like 5? Departed to Kuching. We reached there at around 2 p.m? We stayed at INTI college. The building looks awesome from the outside. I really liked the vines creeping on the walls at the student dorm. We had BBQ that night and it was a hell of night.

My friends and I stayed in Pete's brother's room on Wednesday and Thursday. It was fun. Pete, your bro rocks when he curses. Nick moaned when he slept. It was weird. Really really weird.

Next day we went to the Budaya place thing.

Pete trying the sumpit. "Mana babi tu?"

In the Penan hut. No, the guy behind isn't a Penan.

After that, we went to the RTM station. We had a chance to meet the local radio DJ. Jennifer Lau and Hendrick Fo(I dunno how to spell his name). Only 12 students were allowed into the room cause it was small and three of them got interviewed on air.
We then went upstairs to where they do the tv news show.

RTM Kuching.

Helena pretending to be an anchorwoman.

Late Night Show with Nicholas. Today's topic, Racism 101. Care to join?

Us.

Afterthat, we went to India Street and China Town before proceeding on to the Waterfront where we took the sampan. It was cool sitting in the sampan. This is my second time sitting in the sampan.50 cents across and 50 cents back. We paid the sampan dude 2 bucks to bring us further down the river.

We did something to the sampan dude and he wasn't aware about it. It involved a camera + his ass.

That night teacher allowed us to roam the cental shopping malls . Tun Jugah, Parkson and others. Pete and I walked until our legs hurt. Hafreez on the other hand walked like crazy.

The next day, we went to some fish rearing place. They showed us how to distinguish the gender of the fish. I also got to watch fish porno. The dude in charged squeezed one of the fish's weenie and it's sperm came out. "Ini ialah lelaki" It was sick.

We were given the chance to play with the small fishes. It was fun.

That afternoon, we went to Boulevard. My friends and I ate at Manhattan Fish Market. Tim said it was cheap. Oh sure it was cheap. When the bill came, he and nick spent 40 bucks just on food. Cheap ho. I spent 20 bucks. The garlic sauce that they use in their cooking got to me at the end. It was nice but for me it was too much. Shut up Darren Adan. They have a cool Converse store in Boulevard.

Nick being lo xiao. Ha Xin Zhe ate with us.

After we ate, we sat around and chatted. Soon we got bored and we invented this. A combination of salmon skin wrapped with chilli padi, mayonnaise and I forgot the other one. Hot.

Miaw.

Sushi King was opposite us but we weren't into raw fish at that time.

Then we went to Swinburne University. The uni is hot.

At Swinburne University.

All of us went into the Lecture Hall. Nick, salah angle sudah. It's an inside joke.

That night, we went to tHe Spring. The girls shopped like mad. Pete bought a Sony walkman MP3/MP4 player.

Black is hot. I'm not referring to Ransley. Obama won. Woot. I can't stand the smudges on the screen.

We then dined at Secret Recipe for dinner.

I feel hungry now.

Tim panggil bapanya tu.

After dinner, we went to Big Apple Doughnuts & Coffee and ordered 18 doughnuts so that we could have a doughnut feast that night. To celebrate the last night in Kuching.

They should open it here in Miri.

They do have interesting names for their doughnuts.Lol.

The next day, we packed up and got ready to go back to Miri. So fun, yet so short. Damn, it was fun la.

On our way back. Syazana(I think?) doing the peace sign. Hafreez with his back facing the camera.

I guess that's that for now. Overall it was fun especially teasing nick about a certain someone someone. You know la nick. You know it's true. Don't deny it like Lau.

Till then,

Done.

This is the longest post I have ever posted.
